Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses hypnosis to solve human problems. Hypnosis is a healing technique that, in addition to a person's conscious and rational mind, uses his unconsciousness to solve problems. Thanks to this process, it can alleviate or eliminate psychological and psychosomatic difficulties and support a person in his growth and learning. Although there are many myths and half-truths surrounding hypnosis due to the wild imagination of filmmakers and writers, clinical hypnosis has been used in medicine for over a hundred years.

Therapeutic hypnosis is based on clinical procedures that are documented in professional medical and psychological literature and their effectiveness and health benefits are verified in clinical research. When performed by a trained professional (an expert with psychotherapy and hypnosis training), it is completely safe.

During hypnosis, a process that activates unconscious resources and an overall orientation towards changes and solutions, is being triggered. Its use is effective and efficient especially in cases where a conscious (i.e. rational and logical) solution is not sufficient or not effective enough. With the help of hypnosis, you can work on solutions not only on a conscious, but also on an unconscious level.

According to individual needs, hypnosis can be used as a part (or supplement) of individual psychotherapy or it can be used independently. It can help if you suffer from:

anxiety, excessive worries, fears and phobias, excessive stress, loss of meaning, burnout syndrome, depression, insomnia, excessive fatigue, various types of psychosomatic diseases, difficulties with self-confidence, self-esteem, inability to make decisions, low motivation, difficulties with learning and managing emotions or addiction.
